Year 4 is an important year for times tables as we will be having national multiplication tests in June. The purpose of the check is to determine whether your child can fluently recall their times tables up to 12, which is essential for future success in mathematics.

 

Maths Frame is another beneficial website to use as this tables test is very similar to the Year 4 MTC and will provide great practise for getting used to answering questions under a timer! The children have been using this website in school but would benefit from additional practice at home too. Thank you for your continued support!
