PE this week is a little bit different. If you want to complete the Joe Wicks workout you still can but I have put on another 2 options that you can choose to do so there is a mix of activities .
Remember that it is really important to stay active especially at the moment and exercise can really help our mood as well as our fitness! You can do them again at any point during the week and the mindfulness activity may help on those wobbly days .
