2022's British Science Week was an amazing whole-school celebration, focusing on the year’s theme which was ‘Growth’. Each year group spent the day planting and taking part in lots of fun activities around their chosen plant. From tomato inspired ‘Pop Art’, to potato printing, Van Gough sunflowers to a wooden Bee Garden, the children deepened their understanding of the different areas of the curriculum including Art and DT. It was fantastic to see how enthusiastic the children were – they all loved getting stuck in and getting their hands dirty!
