Multiplication Tables Check (MTC)
Year 4 is an important year for times tables as we will be having national multiplication tests in June. The purpose of the check is to determine whether your child can fluently recall their times tables up to 12, which is essential for future success in mathematics.
We encourage you to regularly access the Times Table Rockstar website to get learning those times tables. https://ttrockstars.com/
Maths Frame is another beneficial website to use as this tables test is very similar to the Year 4 MTC and will provide great practise for getting used to answering questions under a timer!
